Our Story
In Loving Memory of Olorato
The Olorato Mongale Foundation was established to honor the beautiful life of Olorato Mongale, who was brutally murdered in a Gender-Based Violence related incident. Her passing was not an end. It became a turning point—a powerful call to action to ensure her story inspires change, demands justice, and fosters healing for countless others.
Our story is one of transforming the deepest grief into a foundation of gratitude and purpose. We work tirelessly to ensure that Olorato’s legacy lives on, not as a story of loss, but as a beacon of strength. We stand against GBVF, uplift survivors, and spread awareness so that no other family has to endure the same pain.
We believe that every voice raised, every action taken, and every survivor supported adds to the fight for justice and equality. This is Olorato’s legacy. This is our purpose.
